A roundtable discussion was held at Nidec Instruments' headquarters in Japan, involving President Kishida and 20 employees.

The purpose of this discussion was to allow for a frank exchange of opinions on the current situation and future direction, in a face-to-face setting.

During the discussion, President Kishida took the time to carefully answer employees' concerns and questions. This type of face-to-face dialogue is being implemented at various locations both domestically and internationally.
