On October 9th, a labor-management council meeting was held at the Nidec Group headquarters in Kyoto, where the CEOs and employee representatives from each company discussed the future organizational culture.

At the beginning of the meeting, President Kaida and Managing Executive Officer Minami announced the future management policies, followed by reports from the employee representatives regarding organizational culture issues they have observed on the ground.

Going forward, management and employees will work together to address the issues reported and promote reforms aimed at creating a better company.
