On September 11th, an intensive face-to-face discussion for the "Governance and Organizational Culture Reform Project" was held at the NIDEC Training Center in Kyoto City. Approximately 70 members gathered at the venue for a lively discussion aimed at solving organizational challenges.
Group discussions focused on specific, key themes such as reviewing personnel systems and evaluations, reducing risks from product development to shipment, and creating mechanisms to prevent misconduct. By exchanging frank opinions across departmental boundaries, we took the first step towards creating a more open and healthy organizational culture. We will continue to promote highly effective reforms driven by those on the front lines.
