On September 14th, we held a workshop aimed at transforming our corporate culture at Nidec's headquarters in Kyoto.

Approximately 30 employees from the administrative departments participated. They organized their perceptions of the positive aspects and challenges of their workplace, as well as their ideal future state, and discussed measures for driving transformation in the short and mid-to-long term.

This workshop was organized by the "Culture Transformation Lab," the organization responsible for corporate culture reform, and is part of an initiative being implemented at various group locations both domestically and internationally.

By conveying the feedback gathered from the field to management and translating it into concrete improvements, we aim to transform the organization into one where each and every employee can continue to work with pride.
