On September 4th, we released the investigation report from an investigative committee composed of external experts and held a press conference on the same day. The investigation identified 844 instances of inappropriate quality practices across the entire group.

Our group takes these harsh results and criticisms very seriously, and we position this announcement as a crucial opportunity to break away from past inconsistencies and contradictions. Going forward, we will create a culture where everyone feels comfortable speaking up, and we will fundamentally improve our systems and processes to protect proper manufacturing practices. We will sincerely address each issue as a company and work steadily towards restoring trust.
