In mid-August, Nidec held an experiential event, "Summer Vacation Kids Academy 2026," at its Ritto Plant in Ritto City, Japan, inviting approximately 50 children and families of employees.

This initiative aims to deepen the understanding of Nidec's work among the families who support employees on a daily basis. The event included a tour of large machinery used to create massive metal-cutting machines and a hands-on manufacturing workshop.

Surrounded by the bright smiles of the children, it became a memorable and enjoyable part of their summer vacation.
