Nidec held a kickoff event for its next-generation PLM (Product Lifecycle Management: a manufacturing platform connecting design, development, and manufacturing expertise) project at its headquarters in Kyoto.

The Nidec Group leverages its strengths in technology, know-how, and on-site knowledge cultivated at its business companies and locations around the world. This project aims to create an environment where this knowledge can be shared and utilized more smoothly across the entire group.

This will strengthen collaboration beyond national, business, and organizational boundaries, aiming for further evolution and transformation of manufacturing as "One Nidec."
